Performance characteristics:
1. Speed: For a horizontal machining center that can move quickly, the spindle speed of the machine tool should be at least 3200-80000r/min, and the cutting speed of metal should be 300-10000mm/min.
2. Precision: Precision control always runs through every stage of processing. If rough and precision machining of products needs to be achieved on a machining center, the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool must be strictly controlled. A standard machining center generally has a positioning accuracy of ± 0.005mm, and a repeated positioning accuracy of ± 0.003mm.
3. Feedback resolution: The feedback resolution of the machine tool itself is crucial for detecting the accuracy of processed parts. With a fully closed-loop grating ruler feedback device, the accuracy can reach 5um/m.
4. Mobile multi axis machining head: Due to limitations in product size and weight, it usually takes a long time to clamp the workpiece. Therefore, adopting a 4-axis linkage machining center not only reduces the number of debugging and clamping times of the workpiece, but also does not affect the machining accuracy of the machine tool, thereby greatly improving the production capacity of the workshop for processing products.
5. Chip management: During metal cutting, a large amount of chips are generated. If not eliminated in a timely manner, it will inevitably lead to secondary cutting and cause temperature rise on the surface of machine tool structural components or workpieces. We have precise water or air cooling devices and convenient screw, chain plate, flushing and chip removal devices.
6. Thermal stability technology: Due to the long processing time, the influence of environmental temperature must also be considered. The design of machine tools must take into account the effect of environmental temperature to avoid the influence of environmental temperature on the accuracy of processed parts. We have design functions such as screw cooling, casting cooling, and thermal compensation.
