As a key production process in the machinery manufacturing industry, precision sheet metal parts are widely used in rail transportation equipment, precision machine tools, automobile manufacturing, medical equipment, home appliances, etc., which is an important manifestation of China's smart manufacturing.
From the perspective of development history, precision sheet metal is actually the advanced version of sheet metal processing, with little change in the process, the biggest difference is that precision sheet metal processing will reduce the precision tolerance range to below 0.2mm.
The first of precision sheet metal parts: design and draw the part drawing of its sheet metal parts, also known as the three-view drawing, whose role is to express the structure of its sheet metal parts in the form of drawings.
Second: Drawing the unfolding diagram, that is to say, unfolding a complex structural part into a flat piece.

Fourth: flanging and tapping, flanging is also called tapping, that is, in a smaller base hole is drawn into a slightly larger hole, and then tapped on the tapped hole. This increases its strength and avoids slippery teeth.
Fifth: pressure riveting, pressure riveting on the factory, often used in pressure riveting studs, pressure riveting nuts, pressure riveting screws, etc., and its pressure riveting method is generally through the punch press or hydraulic pressure riveting machine to complete the operation, riveted to the sheet metal parts.
Sixth: bending, bending is a 2D flat piece, folded into 3D parts. Its processing needs to have a bending machine and the corresponding bending mould to complete the operation. It also has a certain bending order, the principle is that the next knife does not interfere with the first fold, will produce interference after folding!
Seventh: welding, welding is the group of multiple parts welded together to achieve the purpose of processing or a single part of the edge seam welding to increase its strength.
