◆The design of this series of machine tools is optimised by advanced finite element analysis, with strong rigidity of the overall structure, high accuracy retention and stability. The main parts of the machine tools, such as bed, column, ram seat, table and ram, are made of high-quality grey cast iron with high seismic performance, and resin sand casting, which is processed by a special technology to improve the mechanical properties of the materials. The castings are aged twice to eliminate the residual stress within the material. Suitable for all kinds of milling parts and complex curved surface parts processing, complete milling, drilling, expanding, boring, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other multi-processing, while having good thermal stability and long-lasting accuracy retention and excellent vibration damping. Widely used in the automotive industry, engineering machinery, household appliances mould, aerospace, marine, military and other industries, parts, mould processing. After adding accessories, it can extend the processing of many kinds of parts.
◆Three-axis ball screws are all C3 grade ground screws with heavy pre-pressing process and high rigidity, wear resistance, torsion resistance, long life cycle and other characteristics.
◆X/Y-axis adopts heavy-duty roller linear guideway with high load bearing and stable precision. The crossrail adopts non-isotropic arrangement and wider box structure slide, which greatly improves the rigidity of Y-axis and increases the contact area of the crossrail to avoid machining vibration effectively.
◆ Equipped with high-performance and high-precision spindle, the machine provides faster acceleration and deceleration and more stable machining effect, which is suitable for machining different kinds of parts.
◆The machine is equipped with a sheet metal cover in accordance with safety standards, which prevents the splashing of coolant, ensures the safety of operation, and has a pleasant appearance. The XY guideway of the machine is equipped with guards to prevent chips and coolant from entering the machine, reduce wear and corrosion of the guideway and ball screw, and prolong the service life of the machine.
◆ The lubrication adopts volumetric system, automatic centralised lubrication at regular time and fixed quantity to ensure that the rolling parts and moving parts are fully lubricated.
