◆The design of this series of machine tools is optimised by advanced finite element analysis, with strong rigidity of the overall structure, high accuracy retention and stability. The main parts of the machine tools, such as bed, column, bed saddle, table and spindle box, are made of high quality grey cast iron with high seismic performance, and are casted in metal moulds, which are treated with a special process to improve the mechanical properties of the materials. The castings are processed by two aging treatments to eliminate the residual stresses within the material. The operation is convenient and flexible, and it adopts fully closed protection. Suitable for all kinds of milling parts and complex curved surface parts processing, complete milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping and other multi-processing, machine tools, high rigidity and high precision, at the same time, has a good thermal stability and long-lasting accuracy retention and excellent vibration damping.

◆Three-axis ball screws are all C3 grade ground screws with high rigidity, wear resistance, torsion resistance, long life cycle and other characteristics using heavy pre-pressure process. Precision volumetric centralised oiling ensures uniform and adequate lubrication of all sliding surfaces, effectively reduces friction resistance, and maintains good lubrication effect of each axis feeding mechanism.
◆X/Y/Z three axes all adopt heavy-duty roller linear guideway with high load bearing and stable precision.
◆ Equipped with high-performance and high-precision spindle, it provides faster acceleration and deceleration and more stable machining effect, which is suitable for the machining of all kinds of different parts.
◆The machine tool adopts a full shield that meets the safety standard, preventing the splashing of coolant, ensuring the safety of operation and pleasant appearance. Each guideway of the machine tool has a protective cover, preventing chips and coolant from entering the machine tool, reducing wear and corrosion of the guideway and ball screw, and prolonging the service life of the machine tool.
◆The machine is equipped with disc type robotic tool changer as standard, during tool change, the tool disc is positioned by motor-driven roller cam mechanism, and after the spindle reaches the tool change position, the robotic tool changer completes the return and feeding of the tool. the ATC is a roller cam mechanism, which is pre-pressured and then operates at high speed, making the tool change process fast and accurate.
