JGS-MK Series CNC Surface Grinder Introduction:

JGS-MK Series CNC Surface Grinder is a fully automatic surface grinder suitable for batch parts processing. It also has the functions of plane, moulding, grooving, step, grinding wheel side grinding and so on. The machine adopts the mature and stable T-type splicing structure for the front main machine base and the rear main machine base, with the column moving mode, and the worktable and the sliding frame are independent relative motion respectively. The left-right reciprocating motion of the working table is controlled by electronic hydraulic proportional valve, the forward and backward motion of the column and the up and down motion of the grinding head are driven by AC servo motors to grind C3 grade ball screw drive.

The machine adopts Taiwan's new generation 6M series CNC system, which can complete the automatic cycle grinding of plane, grooving, step and forming under one installation of the workpiece, and it has the functions of automatic feeding of grinding wheel, roughing, finishing and non-sparking grinding, and it can also realise the automatic positioning of the grinding wheel for dressing, the amount of dressing is automatically compensated, and it can automatically return to the origin to be processed again.
