JGS-510AS/612AS surface grinder is a surface grinder suitable for precision machining. And it has the functions of Z-axis automatic feeding and Y-axis sectional speed regulation. The front main frame and rear main frame of this equipment adopt T-type splicing structure with mature and stable technology, column moving mode, and independent relative motion of worktable and sliding frame respectively. The left and right reciprocating motion of the working table is controlled by hydraulic pressure, the forward and backward motion of the column is driven by servomotor through the belt-driven ball screw drive, and the up and down motion of the grinding head is driven by servomotor through the turbine worm drive up and down the screw drive.

The machine adopts PLC control system, which can complete the automatic grinding of plane or groove under one installation of workpiece, and it has the functions of automatic feeding of grinding wheel, manual feeding, fast up, fast down, and adjustment of magnetic strength, and the grinding mode is divided into coarse, fine, and non-sparking settings, and the grinding can be completed by choosing the automatic shutdown of the spindle, hydraulic pressure, water pump, or the shutdown of a single one of them.
