Product features:
1. The machine tool is a special processing machine developed for processing integrated die-castings, adopting double beams, double five-axis head carrying four-axis rotary table structure, which can complete milling, boring, drilling, reaming, rigid tapping and other processing in a single clamping, and greatly improve the work efficiency.
2. The main large parts adopt the machining process of casting aging treatment → rough machining → secondary aging treatment → semi-finishing → finishing to ensure the overall stability of the castings.
3. The crossbeam adopts rectangular cross-section and cross reinforcement of metre structure;
4. The bed adopts double guide rail structure;
5. The bed, base, crossbeam, slide and other pieces adopt the best rigid structure configuration, X/Y axis adopts linear motor drive, Z axis adopts servo motor driven screw drive to achieve high speed feeding.
Processing workpiece:
Application: in large-scale integrated die-casting industry for one-piece die-casting aluminium body parts, such as front and rear floor plates, front and rear pods, sub-frames, and overall die-casting body machining.
