System performance characteristics
High frequency soft switching technology: adopting the latest high-frequency resonant soft switching technology, achieving zero on and zero off of high-frequency switching tubes during the rectification process, improving the efficiency and power density of the system.
Modular design, charging device uses multiple high-frequency switch modules in parallel, N+1 hot standby, can be smoothly expanded, and can be equipped with electric heating and plugging modules with integrated interfaces, improving system stability and reliability.
The monitoring function is complete, highly intelligent, and adopts a large LCD Chinese character display. The touch screen has touch function and sound and light alarms.
Fully intelligent design, achieving full parameter local and remote monitoring of various components of the system: AC distribution, rectification module, and DC feeding; The main monitoring quantities include: module on/off, charging method, output voltage regulation, output current limiting point setting, dual AC automatic switching, battery automatic management, and so on.
The monitoring system is equipped with standard RS-232/485 interfaces, adopts the standard communication protocol of the Ministry of Electric Power, facilitates access to automation systems, provides open protocols, facilitates networking, and simply realizes "four remote" and unmanned operation.
Automatic management and maintenance of batteries: Real time monitoring of the terminal voltage, charging and discharging currents of the battery pack, automatic control of individual battery voltage for even and floating charging, and regular maintenance for even charging.
