XL-21 (G) X type low-voltage enclosed power cabinet, suitable for three-phase three wire, three-phase four wire, and three-phase five wire systems with AC voltage below 500V in power generation and mining enterprises. Used for power lighting. XL-21 (G) low-voltage power cabinet has the characteristics of flexible distribution scheme, convenient combination, strong practicality, and novel structure. It is also suitable for producing various motor starting cabinets, including full voltage direct starting cabinets, fully digital control soft starting cabinets, self coupling voltage reduction starting cabinets, star delta starting cabinets, and multi speed motor starting cabinets. There are dozens of primary line scheme numbers or derived scheme numbers for selection and use, with a wide range of applications. This product is an indoor enclosed distribution box. The box is made of steel plate bent and welded, with a single left door on the front. The door can be equipped with measuring instruments such as voltage meters and ammeters, as well as operating and signal appliances. It is a simple structure, reliable operation, and low-cost power distribution device
Usage conditions
1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃ and not be lower than -5 ℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃. 2. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the location of use shall not exceed 2000M 3. The relative temperature of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% at+40 ℃, and a larger relative temperature is allowed at lower temperatures. (For example, 90% at+20 ℃) It should be taken into account that condensation may occur accidentally due to temperature changes. 4. When installing the equipment, the inclination from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 ℃. 5. The equipment should be installed in a place without vibration and impact, as well as in places where electrical components are not corroded. 6. When users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve them.
Structural characteristics
1. This product has a lightweight and compact structure, made by bending and welding steel plates. It has a single door and is equipped with operating instruments and indicator lights. 2. After the distribution cabinet is opened, the internal electrical components are exposed, and the back side is made into a flap for easy daily maintenance and repair; The upper part of the cabinet is equipped with lifting rings for easy lifting, and a waterproof top cover can also be added. 3. The isolation switch inside the cabinet is installed on a 40 * 40 crossbeam, and the circuit breaker is fixed on a component beam made of 1.5mm steel plate. The built-in circuit breaker, contactor, and intermediate relay can be flexibly combined. 4. There are 48 specifications available for users to choose from in the primary solution of this product, and 17 specifications available for users to choose from in the secondary solution. It can be made into a dual power supply mutual switching cabinet, as well as a motor control cabinet and other power control cabinets.
