The commonly used way of entering the GGD cabinet is through the upper and lower sides, and a method of entering from the top, left, and center right positions of the cabinet is also designed to meet the needs of different entry methods. At the same time, there are fixed positions inside the cabinet for special users such as power plants to install relay protection and automatic devices.
The GGD cabinet has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, and flexible and convenient electrical scheme combination. Usage environment

The design of GGD cabinet fully considers the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation holes at both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot hole. Cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet from the lower slot, forming a natural ventilation duct from the bottom of the sealed cabinet to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the cabinet body shape and the division size of each part. When closing the door, there is a certain compression stroke between the embedded strip and the frame, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet body and improve the protection level of the door.
The GGD cabinet door is connected to the frame through a rotating hinge, making installation and disassembly convenient. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain shaped rubber strip. When closing the door, there is a certain compression stroke between the strip and the frame, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door.
The instrument door of the GGD cabinet with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation components inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit for the entire cabinet.
The top cover of the GGD cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20 and IP40 according to environmental requirements.
