The full premixed tubular steam generator adopts the Honeywell combustion valve set and AMTKE fan, the combustion rod with metal fiber mesh surface, the automatic electronic ignition needle, and a variety of internationally recognized components, making the thermal efficiency of the steam generator 4-8 times that of the traditional threaded smoke pipe. At the same time, the use of the condenser reduces the smoke exhaust temperature and greatly improves the thermal efficiency. The final test results show that the thermal efficiency can reach 101%, which is more energy saving and environmental protection, saving operating costs for users and improving economic benefits. The structure of Zhuoyi ultra-low nitrogen inspection free steam generator is relatively compact, small footprint, small water volume, no need to deal with boiler procedures, belongs to the inspection free products, compared with the traditional steam boiler is safer, fast start speed, high steam saturation output, high thermal efficiency.
1 Smart screen introduction:
1. Steam pressure: indicates the steam pressure generated by the current equipment.
2. Target pressure: the pressure actually set by the equipment during the working process. This pressure will eventually equal the set pressure. The time to reach the set pressure is determined by the rate of pressure increase.
3. Set pressure: user set demand pressure.
4. Smoke temperature: Displays the actual smoke temperature of the device.
5. Water pump: Displays the working status of the water pump.
6. Trunk pump: Display the working status of trunk pump.
7. Fan speed: Displays the actual fan speed detected.
8. Flame intensity: reflects the current generated by the flame.
9. Boiler status: indicates the current state of the equipment.
10. Working mode: Display and set the working mode of the device.
11. Manual water refill: Enables or disables the manual water refill function.
2. Ultra-low nitrogen emissions: nitrogen oxide emissions are less than 30mg/ cubic meter, and used with metal fiber burners, carbon emissions are lower.
3. Exemption from inspection: the water volume is less than 30L, which does not belong to the scope of security inspection report stipulated in TSG_G0001-2012 "Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations", saving the user's cost of security check for equipment.
4. Safety: Due to the small water volume of the steam generator, it belongs to the furnace without the pot, and does not belong to the special pressure equipment, so there is no need to worry about the risk of explosion. In addition, the equipment is also equipped with pressure relief valves, which can automatically adjust the pressure and always ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
5. Intelligent Internet of Things remote control system optional: steam generator automatic operation, using Germany Siemens 7-inch color touch screen, with a variety of adjustment and protection functions, simple operation without special duty.
6. Fast steam generation: The product body is designed with small volume and high thermal radiation, and the steam production time only takes 2 minutes, and the rated steam pressure can be reached in 5 minutes.
7. Fully premixed surface combustion technology: scientifically premixed air and gas in advance to ensure the full combustion of oxygen and gas and reduce the formation of nitrogen oxides. Radiant surface burning rod, using Bekaert imported metal fiber mesh, wide contact area, more full gas combustion; Blue flame combustion, high combustion efficiency and low flame temperature (about 800℃) to ensure ultra-low nitrogen combustion, more effective protection of the furnace body.
