Environtec FA series torches, designed and developed by ENTEC (Austria) since 1992, have been used for more than 20 years in the biogas engineering of agricultural farms. In 2012 Environtec was selected as the recommended biogas torch supplier in the "China Rural Energy Ecological Construction Project" supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Global Environment Facility (GEF).
Due to its outstanding market performance, Environtec was invited by the ISO/TC255/WG2 Working Group to provide expert advice on the development of the ISO international standard for biogas torches, as well as the GB/T standard in China.
Main application
Emergency combustion:
Biogas projects should be equipped with emergency combustion torches to burn in case of excessive gas production or equipment maintenance.
Continuous burning:
The biogas produced by some industrial projects is treated by 24-hour continuous burning of the torch to meet the environmental emission requirements.
Landfill gas:
The safety and deodorization function can be achieved through the active combustion guide of the torch.
Control equipment
The torch control cabinet is equipped with Siemens PLC system, and the standard software functions can be realized: gas cabinet ignition, pressure automatic ignition, remote central control ignition, on-site manual ignition, on-site emergency stop, and transmission of torch burning, valve opening, fault and other operating signals to the upper central control room; The fault signal can be removed on site or restarted remotely.
A standard PLC ignition command contains 5 ignition attempts, during the normal combustion process, if the flame is extinguished, the torch can automatically identify and start the next ignition cycle until the fault signal is given.
