Convert magnification from 50x to 5800x with a zoom lens body
The Easyzoom series offers a large range of optical zoom lenses with a huge magnification range from 50X to 5800X. Zoom zoom comes from two modules with bases. The high-resolution four specialised metallurgical objectives are integrated in the objective converter, which also guarantees the long working distance necessary for focusing, and together with the high-resolution zoom lens body the magnification range is up to 5800X when combined with digital magnification.
High-resolution ultra-deep field observation with 3D effect
The Easyzoom system is an all-in-one computer with high optical resolution optics, high precision digital imaging system, multi-functional image processing software and high definition, high resolution LCD. Image processing mainly includes image management, 2D image acquisition, 3D image generation and management, and the multi-function measurement tool can measure various surface and 3D dimensions: length, width, height, angle, volume, area and other dimensional measurements. In particular, it generates and displays full-focused images, and a simple click takes you into 3D display mode.

Flexible objective lens with large magnification conversion
The zoom lens body makes large and varied observation tasks easy. The rotatable objective converter with four special high-resolution observation objectives extends the range of possibilities when upgrading structural observations and metallurgical field evaluations are required.

The Easyzoom provides the flexibility to capture images of most difficult-to-view samples over a wide range of multiple angles. The main body can be tilted within 150 degrees, while the item can be rotated with ease.

Observe fully focused depth of field even at high magnification
Create fully focused, high depth-of-field images, even at high magnifications. Optical technology and precise Z-axis control provide image acquisition from various depths of focus. These are then converted into a composite 3D image for use in multi-layer focus images. The process is put to work by capturing a series of images in a stack from the motorised Z-axis. These images from different focal depths are then selected and processed into focus images. Software processing does the rest. The controls are simple and intuitive.

EDF (Depth of Field Expansion) Function - Accurate 3D Image Construction
Using the motorised Z-axis module, the EDF function allows the synthesis of images with different focal lengths. Samples with deeper depths can be fully focussed and quickly synthesised at high magnification.
3D image display featuring highest and lowest points visible at a glance
After acquiring multiple images and converting them to 3D images, the images can be displayed in a 360° panoramic view. Different heights can be displayed in different colours.
Full-focus real-time connection at the push of a button
Perform calibration of each lens and magnification by pressing the XY-Z motorised control buttons.
Precision 3D Measurement
The system allows easy access to professional archival data. In addition, a variety of measurement tools such as horizontal and vertical line measurements, two, three or more point circle measurement processes are provided to aid in the collection, verification and precision measurement.
