Application field

1, alkali recovery and removal of chlorine and potassium: The soda ash is collected and dissolved by the soda ash dissolution system. The dissolved liquid is concentrated and crystallized to produce sodium sulfate. The crystal liquid of sodium sulfate is separated by centrifuge, and the chloride and potassium ions are removed from the system by liquid discharge. The concentrated black liquor added with sodium sulfate is fed into the evaporation system for the production of the evaporation process. The system is composed of three parts: alkali ash dissolving system, crystallization evaporation unit and crystal liquid separation and treatment unit.

2, alkali washing wastewater: the use of alkali washing wastewater salt and alkali solubility is different, through evaporation concentration, low solubility salt precipitation, alkali continues to remain in the solution, through solid-liquid separation, while obtaining a higher purity of solid salt and can meet the concentration of lye production needs.

3.
