Fully Automatic Super Purification Glove Box

Controlled by Siemens PLC, it automatically accomplishes the cleaning, circulation, and regeneration of purification materials within the chamber; removes water and oxygen, controlling moisture and oxygen to less than 1ppm; reasonably controls the internal pressure of the chamber; and automatically records system data.

Large transition chamber:

A cylindrical large transition chamber made of 304 stainless steel, with a diameter of 360mm, length of 600mm, features an internal sliding tray, dual doors, vertical operation, lift mechanism with solenoid valves, and is touch screen automatically operated.

Small transition chamber:

A cylindrical small transition chamber made of 304 stainless steel, with a diameter of 150mm, length of 300mm, featuring threaded locking and manually operated valve.
