QM series planetary ball mill can grind or mix solid particles, suspensions and pastes with different particle sizes and materials by dry and wet methods. If the vacuum ball mill is used, the sample can be ground and mixed in vacuum or inert gas. After the use of many scientific research and enterprise units, the particle size of the QM series planetary ball mill grinding materials produced by our factory can fully reach the nanometer level, and has reached about 100 nm (0.1μm) according to user feedback. This series of ball mill is widely used in geology, metallurgy, soil, building materials, chemical industry, light industry, medicine, electronics, ceramics, batteries, environmental protection and other fields.

Can be matched with ball mill tank single tank volume: 3L, 4L, 5L; The volume of vacuum ball mill tank does not exceed 4L.
Material: Ordinary stainless steel, hard stainless steel, zirconia, agate, nylon, polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene, hard alloy (YG8), ceramics.
Type: ordinary tank, stainless steel vacuum tank, stainless steel vacuum sleeve tank (with agate, nylon, ceramic and other ball grinding tank vacuum).
Maximum filling capacity of the ball mill tank: three-quarters of the volume of the tank (including the ball mill).
Feed size: crisp material ≤10㎜, other materials ≤3㎜.
Discharge particle size: up to 0.1μm.
Rated speed: revolution 0-189 RPM/min ±10%, rotation (ball mill) : 0-270 RPM/min ±10%.
Operation mode: The ball mill is controlled by the frequency converter, there are five operating modes: 1, one-way operation, irregular stop; 2, one-way operation, timed stop; 3, positive and reverse alternating operation, timed shutdown; 4, one-way interval operation, regular shutdown; 5, positive, reverse alternating interval operation, timed shutdown.
Speed regulation mode: frequency conversion speed regulation 0 ~ 50Hz, resolution 1Hz, the local speed limit 0 ~ 47Hz.
Control mode: 0 ~ 50Hz manual adjustment at any time, the current speed manual adjustment (0 ~ rotation rated speed), 0 ~ 900 minutes of regular operation, 0 ~ 60 minutes of regular interval operation, 0 ~ 100 positive and negative rotation operation.
