Technical Features of Continuous Press

1. Flexible feeding, level adjustment adopts screw ball joints + balance cylinder, formed self-patent structure. Variable curve feeding could adapt different process requirements

2. Frame configured by group as per load, size stable, high precision; Frame moving adopts sliding sleeve and rod, suitable for heat compensation

3. High precision platen, surface flatness ≤0.05mm, good wearing resistance and elastic performance, long lifetime; Connection in between hot platens adopts short stage structures, smaller heating hole gap and less temperature variation

4. The rolling rod and pin shaft adopts sliding connection, the chain and pin has independent innovation patent, structure stable; There is wearing resistant sleeve with groove over the pin shaft, good for lubrication in between pin shaft and rolling rod

5. Self-innovated hydraulic system with high-frequency responding servo valve, smaller steel belt off-tracking, higher precision

6. Intelligent production management system, auto-adapt with production environment. Provide online real-time information and data of the plant, helps improve manufacture process

In 1985, Sufoma imported complete particleboard production line equipment and technology from BISON Germany. Then Sufoma successfully obtained from BISON full set of drawings for BSM series calibration sander. With the efforts of all experts in the company, Sufoma completed the installation of the first set of heavy duty sanding machine in China by October 1988. In the same year, in November, the machine passed the acceptance inspection by the expert team from BISON. Till April 2024, Sufoma has delivered more than 3200 sets of sanding machines to all over the world.
