Product information

Gypsum Paddle dryer is a kind of conductive dryer, which can indirectly heat or cool paste, granular, powdery and slurry materials. Wedge-type hollow blades are densely arranged on the hollow shaft, and the thermal medium flows through the hollow shaft through the blade. The heat transfer area in the unit effective volume is large, and the thermal medium can be either conductive oil or liquid type

Its advantages include:

1. The equipment structure is compact and the unit covers a small area: the heat required for drying is mainly supplied by many hollow blade walls arranged densely on the hollow shaft, while the heat transfer of the jacket wall only accounts for a small part.

2. High heat utilization rate: the heat required for drying is not supplied by hot gas, which reduces the heat loss carried away by hot gas. Due to compact equipment structure and less auxiliary devices, heat loss is reduced.

3. Wedge blade has self-cleaning capacity, which can improve the blade heat transfer effect: the dispersion force generated by the combined movement of the inclined surface of rotating blade and particles or powder layer makes the materials attached to the heating inclined surface easy to be removed automatically, so that the blade maintains the efficient heat transfer function.

4. The gas consumption is small, and some auxiliary equipment can be reduced or omitted accordingly.

5. Wide adaptability of materials and uniform drying of products: material retention in the drier can be adjusted according to material properties and drying conditions.
