1. High rigidity and stability structure design

Casting box bed with high rigidity and low center of gravity is adopted, and the base is designed with middle bar structure to disperse the machining stress of the machine tool.

Each shaft adopts dovetail scraping guide rail, and the fitting surface of the guide rail is manually scraped to ensure uniform contact of the guide rail surface and reasonable clearance reservation. The guide rail gap adjustment adopts wedge insert. After the machine tool runs for a long time, the insert adjustment can quickly complete the guide rail gap compensation adjustment to ensure stable gravity cutting and high-speed feed and high-precision machining.

2. High speed high precision spindle

Spindle selected imported well-known brand precision spindle bearings, high speed, high precision, high rigidity, low noise, maintenance-free, even a long time high-speed cutting can ensure stable accuracy.
