Technical Characteristics

◆ High magnetic filed intensity:The magnetic system is made up of the rare earth Nd-Fe B magnets with high performance. It has a very wide poly pole face, lots of magnetic poles. It’s with a very high magnetic induction ability and a very high magnetic gradient. The magnetic intensity in some part can reach 17000 Gs.

◆ Big magnetic system area:At present, the largest width for the magnetic system is 2500 mm, and its largest length is 3000 mm.

◆ Even  material distribution:Double-layer orifice plate is used for material distribution, which is stable and uniform, and the material depth is small.

◆ Thorough iron discharge: There’re various belts specially designed to remove the iron for the customer’s choice. Made by the compound materials with high quality, the belt can serve for a long lifetime and remove the iron remarkably.

◆ Energy and water saving:Driven by one motor with small power, it’s very energy-saving. With the special controllable design of water system, water is greatly saved.

◆ Protect the WHIMS:Used in conjunction with the WHIMS to reach the limit level of magnetic separation iron removal!
