       Metal cloth mixing system, through the color sorter sorting qualified metal sheet, block material into the AGV trolley, according to the command of the control system automatically moving the top of the filling bin, lifting interface jacking and docking well, the discharge valve opens, the material flows into the filling bin by its own weight, and the AGV trolley returns automatically after discharging. The high precision metering system achieves the precision metering effect by controlling the rotating speed of screw conveyor or the vibrating and assembling of electromagnetic vibrating feeder, the system is equipped with compound weighing device, and the measured materials are further checked, so that the measurement is accurate and reliable. The measured material runs to the mixer through the trolley and lifting mechanism, and automatically connects with the mixer for discharging. After discharging, the trolley goes down to the batching station, and the whole cloth is in a cyclic and reciprocating state。
