Machine Chracteristic: ZK21150D/2000 BTA Inner chip removal deep hole drilling machine .It is used for deep-hole drilling of 

                                      large shaft parts, such as drill head, drill tail, outer casing and other parts.  It can process blind holes, through holes,                                                   eccentric holes and indexing holes.

Workpiece Clamping Form: Hydraulic chuck + hydraulic center frame . Equipped with convenient operation pedal, can realize automatic clamping                                                 and human tooling clamping.

Machine  Operation: CNC control, man-machine dialogue, easy to operate.

Machine Layout：The machine tool is designed for horizontal arrangement. The high-pressure cooling system is placed parallel to the main                                           machine. The overall structure is compact and occupies a small area.

Machine Tool Host:  Divided into workpiece clamping system and drill pipe feed system two parts, are installed in the HT300 precision casting                                             bed. Easy to operate.

Machine Tool Protection: Machine tool host fully enclosed protection design, workpiece clamping  adopts part protection.
