1The following specifications are IR-DF0X1 series dustproof cover plates. The size of the cover plates is customized according to the size of the TOF sensor, and the basic structure is the same. Take ST's TOF laser ranging sensor as an example. IR-DF011 is adapted to ST's VL53L0/VL53L3/VL53L4 series, IR-DF021 is adapted to ST's VL53L1 series, and IR-DF031 is adapted to ST's VL53L5 series.
2 This product is a specially customized infrared optical cover sheet for TOF laser ranging sensors. It uses a self-developed high-performance and high-penetration infrared material suitable for 850~930 nm. It has special optical structure design and precise optical processing. In conjunction with TOF sensors, it can basically immunize the optical signal crosstalk caused by the cover sheet material and structure, and solve the optical signal crosstalk caused by customers due to fingerprints, dirt, dust, scratches, water stains, etc. on the cover surface in different application scenarios., and perfectly present the ranging function of the chip.
- The IR-DF011 dustproof cover has a special optical structure design to simulate the optical path of the TOF sensor and block all possible optical signal crosstalk paths.
- The groove on the incident surface of the product is consistent with the size of the chip and can be directly inserted into the chip.
- Adhesive glue is adhered around the groove of the product's entrance surface, which can be directly pasted on the PCB, eliminating the need for additional installation treatment.
- The optical opening size of the light emitting surface is designed and optically simulated, so that it will not interfere with the FOI and FOV of the sensor.
- The sinking of the optical surface improves the tolerance for dust, water stains, etc. attached to the optical surface in actual application scenarios. Experiments have shown that if the dust and water stains deposited on the optical surface do not exceed the height of the protruding shielding wall in the middle of the cover sheet or if the middle shielding wall is not covered, no new optical signal crosstalk paths will be generated. Even if a certain amount of dust or water stains is deposited on the optical surface, the optical signal crosstalk value can reach 0kcps.
