Application

Attrition Scrubber is mainly used for the dispersion of mineral mud. It is suitable for the treatment of difficult-to-wash ore with less big block ore and more mud ,creating conditions for subsequent beneficiation processes.Widely used in minerals such as quartz sand, kaolin, potassium sodium feldspar, etc.

Working Principle

The motor drives the blades on the main shaft to rotate through abelt pulley, creating a negative pressure zone. High concentration materials enter from the inlet and are thoroughly stirred and scrubbed when passing through the negative pressure zone .The ore particles have great momentum and there is a lot of
friction and collision . The impurities on the surface of the ore are easily removed from the mineral surface by friction and impact due to their low strength. However, the cementites on mineral surface will be loose and broken up after being soaked by water and then after the strong friction collision between ore particles, so as to achieve the separation of clay and ore particles . These film impurities and clay-matter are broken down into the slurry, which can be separated out after subsequent desliming.
