Can be used for core layer plugging hole isn’t full, to provide high vacuum plugging hole empty technology, to solve the problem of air bubbles.

Stable paste extrusion speed ensures even ink scraping and solves the problem of uneven copper surface after grinding. 

Descriptions 

 Designed for vacuum resin plugging holes in ABF carrier boards. Resin is poured into the holes through the plugging head (no tools required) to complete the resin plugging process. This machine is favoured by the market for its ability to produce high quality batches and upholds a leading position in the industry.
