    Electrical Driven Rack & Pinion Jacking System is one of the key equipment for all types of offshore self-elevating vessels, which can serve both rig platforms and various support platforms and even wind turbine installation vessels.With the help of the jacking system, the self-elevating vessel can be piled, lifted and stood up at sea. The jacking system not only provides the lifting force for the platform, but also provides static storm holding force, thus enabling the platform to remain standing in harsh marine environments.

Product Features：
1. The climbing gear is driven by a multi-stage parallel reducer and a planetary reducer through a motor, and the driving methods include direct drive by a motor with a large slip rate or frequency drive.
2. The rated lifting speed of the jacking system designed for the rig platform is generally 0.46m/min, the design life is not less than 220h under rated lifting load and more than 30h under pre-ballast lifting load.
3. Jacking system designed for supporting platform lift speed is generally 1.2m/min maximum speed, design life under rated lift load is not less than 2000h, design life under pre-ballast lift load is not less than 200h.
4. Providing complete technical services and design the lifting capacity to meet the requirements of different working conditions of the platform according to the customer’s requirements. 
5. The design and verification scheme of rig jacking system has passed the audit of CCS and ABS, among which the control system has passed the verification review of DNV. 
6. The product has passed the test of many years of practical application of the platform, with the advantages of stable operation and easy maintenance.
