         The Hydraulic Driven Rack & Pinion Jacking System is one of the key equipment for all types of offshore self-elevating vessels. This type of jacking system is mainly for offshore support platforms, but also for other types of self-elevating vessels. With the help of the jacking system, the self-elevating vessel can be piled, lifted and stood up at sea. The jacking system not only provides the lifting driving force for the platform, but also provides static storm holding force, which allows the platform to remain standing in the harsh marine environment.
          Hydraulic driven rack & pinion jacking system lifting speed of the maximum speed is generally 1.2m/min, the design life under rated lifting load is not less than 2000h, the design life under pre-ballast lifting load is not less than 200h, the above parameters can also be designed and adjusted according to customer requirements. Compared with the motor drive, hydraulic drive has better flexibility and explosion-proof performance. For hydraulic equipment widely used platform, the utility hydraulic system makes the construction of the platform more economical.
