       The lifting marine culture cage developed in this project consists of steel structure frame, net, legs, jacking system and other main parts, according to the breeding needs to drive the jacking system, so that the main structure along the legs in the water surface and underwater free lifting, to realize the specific layer of aquaculture and anti-typhoon and other functions, which greatly improves the adaptability of the cage. Based on the complex marine conditions of deep-sea aquaculture, the project carries out key common technology research and develops high-performance anti-typhoon deep-sea aquaculture equipment by studying the structure of lift-type deep-sea aquaculture nets and high-reliability jacking system, and realizes the function of “visible and controllable” for aquaculture at sea.

Highly reliable jacking system
1、The jacking system of the cage can realize the lifting speed of 16m/h，and it only takes about half an hour for the cage to fall to 8 meters underwater, which can respond to emergency quickly and provide great guarantee for the realization of safe aquaculture.
2、The jacking system on the legs can be used to realize the aquaculture in specific water layer and improve the quality of fish.
3、Highly reliable jacking system can realize anti-typhoon and risk avoidance, directly lowering the cage to the water level of 8 meters underwater, avoiding the direct harm to the fish caused by the wind, waves, rapids, red tides, cold tides and so on.

Modular assembly available
The cage developed in this project can realize modular assembly, two or four nets with the same specifications and sizes can be quickly assembled into a group, sharing a set of jacking system, according to the customer's needs to rapidly expand the aquaculture water body, and at the same time reduce the cost of construction of aquaculture water body per unit of nets, with a better cost-effective, and conducive to promoting the aquaculture enterprises to scale, standardized aquaculture.
