The Langan HF17 H2 70 MPa ENR hydrogen filler gun with replaceable data interface (ENR = replaceable hydrogen filler gun receiver) is used to fill vehicles with compressed gaseous hydrogen (CGH2).
The HF17 H2 70 MPa ENR is also equipped with a purge line that can be purged with nitrogen during and after refuelling. This prevents moisture ingress and icing during the filling of pre-cooled hydrogen.
Thus, it is easy to remove the hydrogen gun from the filling port even under unfavourable climatic conditions. The efficiency of the blowdown line has been successfully tested according to the freeze test 7.26 of the ISO 17268 standard.
Safety:
The locking mechanism of the HF17 H2 70 MPa ENR provides excellent safety for the operator. The hydrogen gun remains connected to the hydrogen filling port until the operator releases the locking mechanism.
Applications:
The hydrogen refuelling gun is used for rapid H2 refuelling in automotive hydrogen filling stations.
