The LA 800 series quick connectors are used for pressure and vacuum testing of straight fittings. The quick connectors are suitable for underwater, helium testing and the LA 800 has an inbuilt safety device that prevents the LA 800 from suddenly disconnecting under pressure.

Working Pressure] Inlet B: up to 70 bar from vacuum.

Leakage rate] 10-3 mbar-l/s (10-4 Pa-m³/s)

Working temperature] +5℃～+80℃.

Body Material]: The main structural parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminium alloy.

Seal material] Nitrile rubber, other materials can be provided according to customer requirements.

Hardness of test piece material] Minimum 20HRC, maximum 28HRC; copper pipe and other materials can be connected to the pipe fittings.

Test procedure] Insert LA 800 into the test piece; rotate the quick connector handle by 90° and connect the quick connector to it.
