LA600 Series quick connectors for functional and pressure testing of components with flanges, rims, fish scale tubes, hot flared tubes, short ends, flares etc. They can be used to test engine water lines, oil lines, brake lines, compressor lines, hoses
Fuel lines, brake lines, compressor lines, hose ends, etc. The use of high grade stainless steel meets the stringent requirements of industrial testing; engine fuel line testing applications.
The quick connector can be used with a built-in check valve.
Technical parameters:
Working Pressure] Inlet B: from vacuum up to 50 bar, according to the scope of application, but also according to customer needs to provide higher pressure values.
Dewatering rate] 10-3 mbar-l/s (10-4 Pa-m3/s)
Operating Temperature] +5℃～+80℃.
Body material]: Except for seals, the main structural parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
Seal Material] The seal is made of NBR, other materials are available according to customers' requirements.
Test Procedure] Hold the quick connector slide sleeve by hand, align it with the test tube mouth, and push the quick connector slide sleeve forward until it does not move; LA600 quick connector is connected on this.
