Quick connectors of the LA302 series for pneumatic and hydraulic testing of female threaded parts as well as for function testing. Even with high lateral forces, the clamping bar-driven connectors safely
Even under high lateral forces, the clamping bar-driven connector safely grips the test piece, e.g. a heavy or rigid hose. The higher the test pressure, the greater the gripping force of the connector on the test piece. The front O-ring reliably seals the connection without the need for an additional clamping device.
Only one seal inside the connector for easy maintenance. Special applications: Both longer or shorter quick connectors and as plugs are available.

[Working pressure] Inlet B: from vacuum up to 350 bar.
[Drainage rate] 10-3 mbar-l/s (10-4 Pa-m3/s)
Working temperature] +5℃～+80℃.
Body Material] The main structural parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminium alloy, and other designs are available according to customers' requirements.
[Seal Material] NBR is used for the main seal.
Test steps] 1, the front end of the quick connector is inserted into the threads of the test piece to be tested; 2, the handle is triggered, the quick connector is connected on this.
