LA301 series quick connectors for gas tightness testing or pressure testing of externally threaded components, instantaneous connection, which significantly improves the connection efficiency and reliability of the testing process.

Special applications: both longer and shorter quick connectors are available; they can also be supplied as plugs.

Technical parameters:

[Working Pressure] Inlet B: from vacuum up to 350 bar.

[Dewatering rate] 10-3 mbar-l/s (10-4 Pa-m3/s)

Working temperature] +5℃～+80℃.

Body Material] The main structural parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminium alloy, and other designs are available according to customers' requirements.

[Seal Material] The main seal is made of Nitrile Rubber (NBR).

Test Procedure】1、Press the handle, insert the test piece threaded into the quick connector; 2、Loosen the handle, the quick connector is connected on this.
