LA300 series quick connector, used for air tightness test or pressure test of female threaded parts, instant connection, can significantly improve the connection efficiency and reliability of the test process, using quick connector
The O-ring on the front of the quick connector is used to achieve end face sealing, which requires a certain degree of roughness on the end face of the test piece. Special applications: both longer or shorter quick connectors can be provided, can also be provided as a plug.

[Operating pressure] Inlet B: from vacuum up to 200 bar.
Operating pressure (V)] Inlet P1: 6-12 bar compressed air.
Dewatering rate] 10-3 mbar-l/s (10-4 Pa-m3/s)
Operating Temperature] +5℃ ～ +80℃.
Body Material] The main structural parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminium alloy; other designs are available according to customers' requirements.
Seal material] Nitrile rubber is used for the main seal. Urethane seals are available for applications with high wear and tear.
Test Procedure] Press the handle and insert the quick connector into the thread to be tested; release the handle and the quick connector will be connected.
