Quick connector type LA201 for pressure and vacuum testing, filling, blocking and venting of externally threaded parts, etc.; the quick connector is screwed into the threaded test piece by finger until the O-ring is properly compressed; sealing
No spanners, sealants or tapes are required; Nitrile rubber (NBR)-seals are available for most applications; the LA201 connector can be used as a connector with a media inlet or as a plug.

Working pressure] Inlet B: up to 345 bar from vacuum.
Dewatering rate] 10-3 mbar×l/s (10-4 Pa×m3/s)
Working temperature] +5 ℃ ~ +80 ℃.
Material] The main structural parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The sealing material is Nitrile Rubber (NBR), and other designs are available according to customers' requirements.
How to use] As shown in the figure, screw the LA201 quick connector into the thread of the test piece; tighten it gently with your fingers so that the sealing O-ring of the quick connector can be properly compressed; the LA201 quick connector can be connected in this regard, and the test pressure can be applied; after the use, the test pressure should be applied to the connector.
After use, the test pressure should be cut off before screwing out the quick connector.
