The LA 802 series quick couplings are used for sealing connections to straight tubes. The quick couplings are actuated by a controlled lever that connects and disconnects without lateral force.

The LA 802 has a built-in safety device to prevent disconnection at pressures below 5 bar.

Working pressure] Inlet B: from vacuum up to 100 bar.

Dewatering rate] 10-3 mbar-l/s (10-4 Pa-m³/s)

Working temperature] +5℃～+80℃.

Body Material] The main structural parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminium alloy.

Seal material] NBR, other material design is available according to customer's requirement.

Hardness of test piece material]: Minimum 20HRC, maximum 28HRC; copper pipe and other material fittings can be connected.

Test procedure] Press the drive handle, insert the test fittings; release the handle, the quick connector is connected.
