10KV high-voltage switchgear, also known as high-voltage power supply cabinet, includes: 10KV high-voltage outgoing cabinet, 10KV high-voltage incoming cabinet, 10KV high-voltage ring network cabinet, PT cabinet, and metering cabinet. The difference between high-voltage incoming cabinet and high-voltage outgoing cabinet is that the incoming cabinet is a switchgear that introduces power from the outside. Usually, 10kV power is introduced from the power supply network, and the 10kV power is sent to the 10kV busbar through the switchgear, which is the incoming cabinet. The outgoing cabinet is a switchgear that distributes electrical energy from the busbar. The 10kV busbar is connected to the power transformer through a switchgear, which is one of the 10kV outgoing cabinets. Install an outlet switchgear on the low-voltage side of the transformer, which sends electrical energy to the low-voltage busbar. Then, install several low-voltage switchgear on the low-voltage side to deliver electrical energy to various power consumption points. These low-voltage switchgear are all outgoing cabinets. If a low-voltage system is introduced from the nearby area, the low-voltage switchgear connected to the incoming line is also the incoming cabinet, only low-voltage. The switchgear led out from the low-voltage busbar is also an outgoing cabinet.
The cabinet body of the switchgear is an assembled structure, and the switchgear is not installed against the wall. The cabinet body is divided into four separate compartments: handcart room, main busbar room, cable room, and relay instrument room. The protection level of the cabinet shell is IP40, and the protection level of each compartment is IP2X.
Handcart: The handcart consists of the main components of the switchgear and the chassis for propulsion. The handcart adopts a central structure, and can be conveniently operated for entering and exiting the cabinet through a dedicated transfer vehicle. Taking the circuit breaker as an example: the lower part of the handcart is a chassis vehicle for propulsion, and the circuit breaker shout is fixedly installed on the chassis. The chassis vehicle is equipped with a propulsion mechanism to achieve the entry and exit operation of the circuit breaker handcart. The chassis of the vehicle is also equipped with a chain mechanism to achieve various interlocks between the circuit breaker and the cabinet.
