Technical characteristics

1.5T magnetic resonance imaging superconducting magnet is the core component of magnetic resonance imaging system (MRI), and its magnetic field strength, stability and uniformity have great influence on MRI images. The 1.5T nuclear magnetic resonance imaging superconducting magnet designed and developed by our company has a reasonable structure, adopts 4K recondensing liquid helium recovery technology, and optimizes Dewar structure design to achieve "zero volatilization of liquid helium", which greatly reduces the use of liquid helium and maintenance costs. The optimized multi-coil combination structure can achieve high uniformity of the initial magnetic field, the central field strength reaches 1.5±0.015T, the initial uniformity is less than 400ppm, and the uniformity can reach less than 2ppm after passive leveling, which fully meets the conditions of high-quality imaging. The advanced coil dipping process makes the coil have high stability; After excitation, the edge field range of 5Gs line is ≤4m in axial direction and ≤2.5m in radial direction. The magnetic field attenuation rate is less than 0.05ppm/h by using mature superconducting joint and thermal control superconducting switch.
