Calibration and verification system

Calibration and verification is an indispensable part of the measurement process, and the measurement process that cannot be verified and traced is inaccurate. There are two methods of calibration verification: standard table method and volumetric tube method. Due to the real environment of the site, Transworld chose to use verification equipment on site for complete verification and traceability of the measurement system. Using this traceability system, the measurement data we get are completely verified.

The ladder has two products, volume tube and standard table, to achieve online calibration and verification, to achieve online traceability function, and to provide solutions for technical difficulties in calibration verification in trade handover measurement:

1. At present, the main application types of volumetric tubes include unidirectional volumetric tubes, bidirectional volumetric tubes and small volumetric tubes. Ladder engineers are familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of these three standard volumetric tubes, and select the matching type of volumetric tubes to maximize their efficiency when designing and manufacturing verification systems under different working conditions.

2. We rely on high-performance computers and high-precision equipment as hardware, and optimize control in modern measurement and control technology to realize the automation of the whole process of the verification system, so as to improve the detection accuracy, reliability and operability of the entire system. Standard meter method is to realize the on-line calibration of mass flowmeter with higher precision standard meter. The mobile calibration device designed and manufactured by the ladder is equipped with high-precision mass flowmeters of different specifications as the standard table. Through the metal hose and the mass flowmeter to be checked in series connection, the online real flow verification of mass flowmeters of various specifications can be realized, and it is widely used in industrial production and handover measurement.
