ZK51 Series Vertical CNC Gun Drilling Machine Overview

•  The spindle of the machine is inverted, which is more conducive to the discharge of chips, and also obtains excellent machining surface quality.
• The machine is controlled by PLC with "friendly" human-machine interface. Equipped with special guide mechanism, it can get shorter tool length, better tool rigidity and higher cutting efficiency for the same drilling depth.
• Two independent machining units can process the same or different size parts, making factory scheduling more flexible and efficient. The footprint of the machine is smaller than that of a horizontal gun drilling machine with the same machining capacity.
• Mainly used for parts length <500mm, processing hole diameter in the range of 5-40mm hole system of rotary axis parts of deep hole and precision line hole batch of efficient machining Can be clamped four workpieces at a time, can also be left and right respectively processing two different specifications of the workpiece.
• The workpiece clamping, drill rod rotation and other parameters of the left and right dual-axis work units can be set separately without interfering with each other. It is a favorable tool for processing stepped holes for shafts and cross holes for hydraulic valve plates.
