1. Introduction of the Machine Tool 

The SHW model is a spindle vertical conversion five-axis linkage machining center. The standard configuration of the machine tool is Dr. HEIDENHAIN's iTNC530 CNC system, supplemented by Dr. HEIDENHAIN's grating scale, which realizes the full closed loop of the machine tool. At the same time, the use of high-power servo motor and torque motor direct drive makes the machine tool have features of high positioning accuracy (according to German VDI/DGQ3441 standard), fast response speed (acceleration 5m/s2) and five-axis linkage processing.At the same time, the machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer, which fully embodies efficient and automated machining.

Left and right movement of the skateboard (X axis), front and rear movement of the table (Y axis), up and down movement of the headstock (Z axis), rotation of the table (C axis) and rotation of the milling head (B axis), making the five-axis linkage of machine tool is achieved.The entire machine consists of the bed, column, slide, rotary table, milling head, pneumatic system, automatic lubrication system, chip cooling system, electrical system and fully enclosed protection system.

The machine is equipped with an imported electric spindle, which has the function of central water discharge, which can realize the automatic loosening knife and broach of the spindle.The three linear feed axes of X, Y and Z of the machine tool adopt servo motor, and the ball screw is rotated by the synchronous leather belt. The B-axis rotation adopts the servo motor to drive the mechanical deceleration mechanism, and the C-axis rotation adopts the servo motor to drive the worm gear and worm, which makes the transmission system have high motion precision and transmission rigidity.

The main purchased parts of the machine tools are equipped with water-cooled machines, cutting fluid paper belt filters, chip conveyors and iron scrapers. At the same time, the machine tool can be equipped with various automatic measuring devices, fixtures and tools according to the needs of users, thus achieving the turnkey project of the machine tool.

2003, established Dalian Sunlight Machinery Co.,Ltd. Same year established subsidiary Shanghai Sunlight Plastic Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.

2004, foreign trade department established, the same year we go abroad.

2005, set up project for developing of φ1000mm PVC double wall corrugated pipe production line.

2006, developed Φ1500mm double wall corrugated pipe production line.

2008, developed corrugated pipe perforator as innovation of China.

2010, developed high speed energy-saving corrugated pipe production line.

2011, Dalian Sunlight Machinery Co.,Ltd. successfully went public in Shenzhen Stock Exchange SME board, stock in brief Sunlight Corp. Stock code 002621.

2012, invest on research and development of high-end machine tool project, until now, accomplished 3 series 5 types of high end machine tools research and development, especially for the five-axis machine tool vertical-horizontal switch numerical control milling head, double-axis swing numerical control rotary table.

2014, developed Φ1800mm double wall corrugated pipe production line.

2015, high-end machine tool project extended, combine of 3D printing technology and robot technology, developed additive and subtractive manufacturing of complex five-axis numerical machine tool with international leading technology, realize metal 3D synchronously additive and subtractive manufacturing based on laser technology.

2017, Dalian Sunlight Machinery Co.,Ltd started collectivized operation, diversified development. According to overall planning we set up Dalian Sunlight Technology Co.,Ltd, transferred equipment manufacturing business to this company.

2024， Sunlight Technology double wall pipe production line and high level 5 axis maching center have been sold around the world,meanwhile basic on market and customer demand for application the Sunlight has investment in product research and development so that promote marking share continually.

Currently, we have made a breakthrough of manufacturing technology of plastic corrugated pipe with larger diameter and higher strength, will be launched continuously.

Since 2012, our company has been devoted to the development and manufacture of high-end five-axis linkage machine tools. 

At present, we have successfully assembled and sold two series of products, including vertical- cradle-five-axis linkage machining center and vertical-horizontal convertable five-axis linkage machining center.

At the same time, on the basis of the five-axis linkage machining center, the company has developed comprehensive equipment for adding and reducing materials. 

A flexible production line for the five-axis linkage machining center has been built, which can tailor different customized equipments.
