JYG(GJT)-B-C metal detector is mainly used in coal, mining, wood, cement, chemical, coke and other industries, in the industrial and mining enterprises have magnetic or non-magnetic loose material belt transportation and processing system, can accurately detect a variety of metal debris mixed in the material such as: iron, steel, manganese steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and so on. In addition to the indicator light alarm, it can receive the alarm bell alarm, and the relay contact output can be directly connected with the metal removal device and separation device such as the electromagnetic iron, for manual or automatic metal separation, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the back-end equipment. The sensitivity is adjustable, and the maximum sensitivity will change with the different industrial digital circuits and probes to meet the needs of various industries. When the metal passes through the sensor, the eddy current is generated in the metal, which changes the high-frequency magnetic field of the probe. The signal amplification and processing circuit detects this change, and sends the amplified output signal to the main control loop, generates the control signal, controls the output of the drive circuit, and makes the local alarm indicate the output and the external output action. The weak change signal generated when metal enters the probe's high-frequency magnetic field is realized, which is analyzed and processed by the industrial digital circuit and drives the actuator action, so as to eliminate the harmful metal.
