Technical characteristics

◆ The magnetic disc is an annular semi-magnetic structure, the aggregate disc (shell) is fully sealed, the lower part of the aggregate disc is immersed in the slurry tank, and the magnetic particles in the slurry are continuously adsorbed by continuous rotation method.
◆ The magnetic disc is provided with a middle magnetic field area, a weak magnetic field area and a no magnetic area. The magnetic disc absorbs material in the magnetic area and discharges material in the non-magnetic area.
◆ There is a magnetic area using multiple groups of opposite polarity magnetic pole pairs alternating arrangement, magnetic materials in the process of rotation of the aggregate tray continuously rolling, washing desilting, so that the recovered magnetic materials and ordinary tailings recovery machine compared to higher purity, better recovery effect.
◆ The guide plate at both ends of the aggregate tray is distributed like a ray, which reduces the backshift and leakage of magnetic materials. An outer agitator block agitates the pulp to prevent material deposition.
