JYG(GJT)-B-B metal detector is mainly used in coal, mining, wood, cement, chemical, iron sintering, coke and other industries, especially suitable for black and non-ferrous metal mines. In the belt conveying and processing system of magnetic or non-magnetic loose materials in industrial and mining enterprises, it can accurately detect various metal debris mixed in materials such as: iron, steel, manganese steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and so on. It solves the problem that the iron remover used by iron ore and stone mining enterprises for a long time cannot exclude the metals that cause serious damage to the back-end equipment such as large iron, steel and manganese steel. In addition to the indicator light alarm, it can receive the alarm bell alarm, and the relay contact output can be directly connected with the metal removal device and separation device such as the electromagnetic iron, for manual or automatic metal separation, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the back-end equipment. The sensitivity is adjustable, and the maximum sensitivity will change with the different industrial digital circuits and sensors to meet the needs of various industries. When a metal passes through the sensor, eddy currents are generated in the metal, and the amplified output signal is sent to the control loop through the amplifier circuit to generate a control signal and control the output of the drive circuit, so that the local alarm indicates the output and the external output action is reached to achieve the weak change signal generated when the metal enters the electromagnetic field range of the sensor. Through the industrial control digital circuit to analyze the processing and drive the actuator action, so as to eliminate the harmful metal.
