 Production Process Control: make production plan, make production Bom, monitor the input and storage information of each part, reflect the completion of the part plan and the matching of various products in time, assembly schedule management ability to reflect the project progress in a timely manner. The production department adheres to the regular production scheduling meeting of the production operation system. According to the production plan and the obstacle information, the production department deals with and solves the inspection of the plan implementation of each link in each stage of the production, and carries out the production scheduling, to ensure the coordination and smooth operation of production. 

 Product testing: CMM, Laser Interferometer, Collimator, ball-beam instrument, direct reading spectrometer, roundness instrument and various specifications of marble platform, it has also set up a“Public test and experiment center for equipment manufacturing industry”, which can test product parts and carry out regular spot checks and calibrations on measuring tools and measuring instruments (tables) used on the spot, to ensure the accuracy of the value.
