Established in2004, Fujian Weino CNC Co, Ltd. is a National high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D and production of high-end CNC machine and the export of overall solutions for intelligent manufacturing factory.The factory covers an area of 130 acres and the plant covering 100,000 sq.m. 

Weino has passed the certificate of ISO9001:2015-quality management system. It is one of the ten first-batch pilot model enterprises on intelligent manufacturing. Weino now owns the Fujian High-end CNC Machine Tool Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Research Center,Fujian Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, academician expert workstation and postdoctoral workstation. The company has been awarded with honorary titles of Excellent Enterprises on quality management, Brand-name products of Fujian Province,Famous Brand of Fujian Province, and Advanced unit on integrity operating. Now it has 90 national patents, including 20 invention patents, among which the invention patent of Compound Gantry Milling Machine won the China Patent Excellence Award, the highest award of China’s patent area. Two products of Weino, namely the 7-axis Gantry compound machining center and the efficient and flexible horizontal machining center with dual-moving column for large symmetrical pieces (valves), are nationally certificated as"fill the domestic gap and the technology reaches the international advanced level" . Weino undertook the 2016 Special Project of“National High-end CNC Machine Intelligent Manufacturer” and two*04* Projects of the 2017 National Science and Technology Major Projects .

Manufacturing Equipment: Hitachi Double-station pentahedron machining center, Rofin (Germany) CNC laser cutting machine, Switzerland (BYSTRONIC) CNC bending machine, Toshiba BT-8D CNC boring machine, Taiwan (Sunny) gantry CNC precision molding grinder. 

 Production Process Control: make production plan, make production Bom, monitor the input and storage information of each part, reflect the completion of the part plan and the matching of various products in time, assembly schedule management ability to reflect the project progress in a timely manner. The production department adheres to the regular production scheduling meeting of the production operation system. According to the production plan and the obstacle information, the production department deals with and solves the inspection of the plan implementation of each link in each stage of the production, and carries out the production scheduling, to ensure the coordination and smooth operation of production. 

 Product testing: CMM, Laser Interferometer, Collimator, ball-beam instrument, direct reading spectrometer, roundness instrument and various specifications of marble platform, it has also set up a“Public test and experiment center for equipment manufacturing industry”, which can test product parts and carry out regular spot checks and calibrations on measuring tools and measuring instruments (tables) used on the spot, to ensure the accuracy of the value.
