Both series of motors are fully enclosed high-efficiency flameproof three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors independently developed and designed by our company, and they are high-end products among three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors.

Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. is a group-type joint-stock company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The predecessor of the company was the Fujian Province Xiamen Alumina Plant, which was originally established in 1958. Automatic production lines  

Our factory adopts more advanced automatic production lines to reduce manual operation, greatly save labor costs, and improve production efficiency, which  can also make the whole process more stable, improve the consistency of products, reduce the proportion of bad products. 

 For example: Stator production line centers on iron core which is integrated and delivered to wiring staff station through assembly line together with its auxiliary materials to boost worker productivity; Painting and polishing production line adopts the fully enclosed production line and coordinates the environmental protection equipment to guarantee that the sweeps and exhaust gas generated in production process can be collectively treated to avoid environmental pollution; Assembly production line can make the rate of finished products combined with stator and rotor higher, compared with manual work, to improve work efficiency.  

Intelligent manufacturing  equipment

The new intelligent manufacturing equipment can reduce labor production cost and shorten production time.At the same time, it can directly connect with the needs of customers for customized production and reduce the problem of overcapacity brought by the traditional planned production.  

For example: Compared with traditional oven, hot-jacket robot presents the following three strengths: 1. Able to shorten 2-3h baking time of traditional oven to 5-6 minutes, greatly improving efficiency; 2. Able to conduct the single-set baking to meet the customization requirements; 3. Dispense with manually taking out the chassis of high temperature, reducing danger and improving production safety.  

Intelligent application

 Integrate and hide water, electricity and gas system, making it safer and more beautiful. Each bench also equipped with computer and pad, which can  making the production process more intelligent and efficient.

 In terms of warehousing , the plant adopts a new agv intelligent handling robot to transport materials, and is suitable for AGV special upstairs and downstairs handling elevators.The system can complete the material handling task efficiently, accurately and flexibly.
