Sinomach is an important member of China Machinery Industry Group Corporation (SINOMACH), a large state-owned enterprise in China. The predecessor of sinomach is Changzhou Forestry Machinery Factory, which was established in 1961 under the administration of the Ministry of Forestry of China. Since 1970, the company's main business has gradually shifted from forestry machinery to construction machinery, and it has become one of the enterprises that entered into the construction machinery industry earlier in China. The main products of the company include loaders, rollers, graders, excavators, special vehicles, road maintenance machinery and small multi-functional machinery, etc., forming a product chain of hundreds of varieties of earth moving machinery, road machinery, special vehicles, mining machinery and high-grade structural components of five plates, with high technical content and superior performance, and has a high technical level in the industry.
The company has a national technology centre and "post-doctoral research station" identified by the Ministry of Personnel of the State, with a group of experienced professional and technical personnel with high technical level. In addition, the company has completed a number of national new projects, provincial key technological innovation projects, and has obtained a number of invention patents and utility model patents.

Founded in May 2018, SINOMACH-Hi International Equipment Co., Ltd was established through the integration of the Overseas Business Division of China SINOMACH Heavy Industry Corporation (SINOMACH-HI), a second-tier subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), and the Overseas Business Division of SINOMACH Changlin Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SINOMACH-HI. The company is registered in Changzhou with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. It has two business platforms, Beijing and Changzhou, and its management headquarters is set up in Beijing.

SINOMACH-Hi International Equipment Co., Ltd is the only operating platform for the overseas business of the construction machinery segment of SINOMACH. Our products cover a wide range of applications such as soil transport, compaction, excavation, piling, lifting, concrete transport, municipal sanitation and mining. The company has actively implemented the overseas channel distribution system and cultivated a group of strong dealers who can grow together with the company. At present, the company has set up more than 90 overseas dealers around the world, and its products have been exported to more than 100 countries and regions, making it one of the major construction machinery exporters in China.
 

With over 130,000 dedicated employees, 13 listed companies, and a presence in more than 200 overseas service agencies, we are a powerhouse in the machinery sector. SINOMACH-Hi International Equipment serves as the exclusive overseas marketing platform for Sinomach's construction machinery segment. Our product range is vast and covers diverse applications such as soil transportation, compaction, excavation, piling, hoisting, concrete transportation, municipal sanitation, and mining.

As trailblazers in the engineering and manufacturing industry, we initiated technical collaborations with renowned international companies like Komatsu in 1986, making us the first Chinese construction machinery manufacturer to incorporate international technology into our operations. Notably, in 1996, we pioneered joint ventures with Komatsu and Hyundai in Changzhou, establishing the first-ever construction machinery joint venture in China. Moreover, we further expanded our reach in 2004 by establishing an overseas assembly plant through a joint venture in Malaysia, setting a new industry standard.

Changzhou production base is located in Changzhou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, covering an area of 550,000 square metres and a building area of 200,000 square metres. It has a complete industrial chain and several modern production lines.

Our advanced facilities boast over 60 sets of specialized equipment including imported laser and flame cutting machines, imported beveling machines, large-scale CNC bending machines, and welding manipulators, realizing a steel deep processing capacity of 100,000 tons per year.

Additionally, we possess over 120 imported processing centers and hold the distinction of being the first in the industry to implement a sandblasting and coating automatic line and an imported multi-purpose furnace production line.

Our commitment to quality is unwavering, as we use large-scale three-coordinate detection equipment for meticulous inspections.
