Potato → Pre-processing → Storage → Washing and De-stoning → Peeling → Pre-heating → Cutting into Fries → Length Grading → Inspection → Blanching I → Blanching II → Seasoning → Pre-dehydration → Deep-Frying → Oil Draining → Pre-cooling → Quick Freezing → Weighing and Packaging → Cold Storage
