      随着国家近年来对集成电路的支持力度不断加强，在市场的强劲需求和产品研发的推进下，深圳捷佳伟创于2020年9月投资成立了创微微电子（常州）有限公司，专注于集成电路湿法清洗工艺设备的研发、生产和销售。深圳捷佳伟创资金雄厚，为创微的发展提供持续的资金支持。

      目前创微微电子聚集了30多位拥有集成电路丰富经验的专才，组建了100余人的团队，通过借鉴日本湿法工艺设备开发制造技术，结合其他海内外半导体公司的技术和先进工艺解决方案，借助集团供应链资源，逐步形成了竞争优势。

      截至24年Q1，已获得数十家客户认可并获得百余台订单，交付试用超过80台。已验收50+并完全符合客户生产需求。目前已取得GTA全工艺段验证完成，8”CST-less bench 表现超越日本进口DNS设备。

2023年9月，捷佳创新产业园落成，创微迁入，新厂一期洁净车间面积4000余平方米，设计产能为13台/月，当前月出货最高量达到10台/月。
